The one word I would have to use for the journey us college/high school students embarked on is not a showy one.  This class was the first English class I had to work hard for. This including the extra time at home I needed to finish my paper and even then the assignment may have not been completed.  In my opinion, there were too many thesis papers and not enough creative writing. Is that the only writing we will do in college? I can not answer that myself. I had to use the analytical side of my brain which I had lack of.  This class gave me a bold taste of what essays are to come in higher education. Yet, being a typical high school student, I procrastinated and let my assignments slip because I did not think out the assignment.  Fortunately I’m skating by in this class with a “B”.  In the future this class should stay exactly the way it is.  Adolescence need to become aware that apathy will not suffice in the college world.  The papers we had to do in this course demonstrated key aspects of professorial tendencies without having to be in a room with 200 other people.
